This policy explains what data Multifolio collects, why, and how we protect it. It applies to the Multifolio website and app.
• Account data: your email address and password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider). • Profile data you enter: headline, summary, skills, and any profile text or files you import. • CV data: if you upload a CV, the file is parsed in memory to extract its text and is not stored; we keep only the structured CV you choose to save, which stays private to your account. • Data pulled from platforms you connect (e.g. LinkedIn, Contra, Guru): public profile information from the URL you provide. • Usage data: the AI actions you run and the credits they consume. We do not store payment card details.
We use your data to provide the service: generating platform-adapted profiles, proposals, job matches, portfolio pages and CVs, and to operate your account. AI generation is performed by our model provider solely to produce the output you request. Uploaded CV text is sent to our AI provider only to extract its content, then discarded.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run Multifolio: our hosting and database provider (Supabase), our AI provider (OpenAI) and our email provider (Resend). Content you choose to publish, such as a public portfolio page, becomes publicly accessible.
We use essential cookies for authentication and to remember your language and theme preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
Access to your data is protected by row-level security, so each account can only reach its own records. AI keys and secrets are kept server-side only, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
You can view and edit your profile data at any time from your dashboard, and delete your account to remove your data. For requests, contact us at the address below.
